Warranty Terms

This product comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Inherent termite and borer issues

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused during the cleaning process
  • Damages due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Cracks from random displacement
  • Damage caused by direct exposure to sunlight or water
  • Natural cracks (checks) in solid wood
  • Surface or floor level unevenness up to 5mm
  • Upholstery, cushion covers, or other coverings

Warranty Conditions

  • Applies only to manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period.
  • Product must be used according to provided care and usage instructions.
  • Does not apply to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches, stains, fading are excluded.
  • Improper assembly or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
  • Non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
  • If repair is not feasible, an equivalent replacement may be offered at the company's discretion.
